The government of Vietnam was a keen participant in the United Nations Framework Convention on Climatic Change, which shows that the government is keen to make changes in the line of developing measures against the negative climatic changes.According to a lot of studies carried out, it has been revealed that Indonesia is at a great guess of the impacts that will be caused by the climatic changes. These revelations have been backed up by the Asian knowledge Bank (4), Dasgupta et. Al (5, p. 3-4) and Yusuf and Francisco (6).
